This cruise offers a range of activities and excursions to enjoy, including kayaking, hiking, swimming, and exploring caves. Visitors can view the stunning sunset from the sundeck while indulging in good food from the restaurant. the staff is friendly, and the entertainment performance is top-notch.
One should avoid choosing the wrong dish from the menu as it is not possible to change it, and the attitude of the staff regarding this is arrogant.

We had a truly luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service at the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch and we enjoyed a full body massage in the treatment room. the sun terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers while we listened to live entertainment.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment which was not as varied as we expected. There were no special diet menus available for those with dietary restrictions.

Great food and friendly staff. The views and scenery were outstanding and made for a memorable Easter trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with amazing amenities. The unique experience of being out on the water was unlike anything we had ever encountered.
The lack of activities offered by the hotel. At night, there were no options for entertainment, and we found ourselves bored.

I had an incredible experience on this cruise. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the location in Halong Bay was breathtaking. The restaurant had fantastic food with a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from. I also enjoyed the transportation to and from the hotel.
Nothing to mention – this was an overall fantastic stay.

Great room with a comfortable bed, and the staff is friendly. the boat was really nice, and the food and restaurant staff were excellent. the location was perfect, as it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions and shopping areas.
The trip was a disaster. the food was limited and ran out too quickly.
